Brimwell
The brim is the hat. The well is the promise.
The five-panel hat has become a visual shorthand for Chad; personal, recognizable, a little unconventional. The well speaks to abundance: doing things well, clients operating at full capacity. Together they make a name that means something instead of just sounding good.
The Background
Ten years of doing the work. Not just talking about it.
Our story does not start with a marketing degree and a corner office. It starts with over a decade of hands-on creative work, web builds, video production, brand development, the kind of work where you learn what actually moves people.
That creative foundation runs alongside years of running operations: managing workflows, building systems, keeping projects on track. That combination is what makes a marketing partner actually useful.

The Philosophy
Say less. Do more.
Running a business means wearing a lot of hats. Marketing is usually the one that fits the worst.
Brimwell exists for that exact situation. Not to hand you a plan and wish you luck, but to be the ones that wear the marketing hat for you. The strategy, the writing, the SEO, the Google presence, all of it.
That's what say less, do more means in practice. Less talking about what we could do for your business. More actually doing it.

Good Questions
Things people usually ask.
What happened to Heighten Creative?
Heighten Creative was the previous name for this same work. In 2026 it became Brimwell, a name that fits better, a brand that is more intentional, and a service model built around what clients actually need. Same person, same values, sharper focus.
Do you only work with businesses in NWA?
Primarily, yes. Northwest Arkansas is home and that local knowledge is a real part of what Brimwell offers. That said, the right client outside of NWA is always worth a conversation. If you are a good fit for the model, geography is just geography.
Is there a contract? What's the commitment?
Partnerships run on a 12-month commitment. That is not fine print, it is how the work actually delivers results. Building a real marketing foundation takes time. Month 12 looks very different from month one, and that compounding is the whole point. After month 12 everything continues month to month.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer or a big agency?
A freelancer handles one thing. A big agency hands your account to someone junior and bills you for the overhead. Brimwell is one senior person who handles the whole picture, knows your business, and does not need managing. You get the strategic thinking of an agency and the personal accountability of someone whose name is on the door.
Is my business a good fit? What does a good Brimwell client look like?
A good fit is a local service business with a real customer base, a decision maker who is ready to stop handling marketing themselves, and an understanding that good marketing takes time to compound. Brimwell works best as a long-term partner, not a quick fix. If you are looking for overnight results or the cheapest option available, there are better fits out there.
Do you work with non profits or churches?
Yes. Nonprofits and faith-based organizations are a meaningful part of the Brimwell client mix. The work looks a little different, the goals are different, and the budget conversations are different, but the commitment to doing it well is exactly the same. Nonprofit pricing is available for qualifying organizations.Content goes here ..
Do you work with businesses outside of a specific industry?
Brimwell does not specialize by industry. The focus is on local service businesses in NWA, not a specific trade or vertical. Plumbers, consultants, photographers, fitness studios, healthcare providers, home services; if you have a local customer base and need a stronger marketing presence, the work translates. The strategy is always built around your specific business and market, not a template borrowed from someone in the same industry.
What does working with Brimwell actually look like day to day?
Pretty low friction, honestly. You aren’t going to get weekly check-in emails or requests to approve every small thing. When content is ready you’ll review it, give feedback, and it goes out. When something on your site needs attention it gets handled. Strategy calls happen on the schedule your tier includes and those are the times to talk through what’s working, what’s next, and anything on your mind. Outside of that, the work just gets done. That’s kind of the whole point.
